On the road to Chromatica.
Rain on Me is the second single for Lady Gaga’s upcoming album Chromatica, which will launch this Friday. Gaga and Grande tweeted about the teaser for the music video, and fans couldn’t wait for the first collaboration of the two pop singers.

"IF YOU WERE UP ALL NIGHT DRINKING WINE ON CALLS W UR FRIENDS LISTENING TO #RainOnMe U BETTER WAKE UP AND GET SOME COFFEE FOR THAT HANGOVER CUZ THE VIDEO IS OUT" Gaga tweeted.
The music video took us into the world of Chromatica, with its futuristic style- it’s obvious why the fans are obsessed. With Gaga’s dancers and Grande wearing a matching outfit felt like they were in a cyberpunk film. Robert Rodriguez, the director for ROM, worked with Gaga before on the film Sin City: A Dame to Kill For.
“This is about an analog of tears being the rain. And you know what it’s also a metaphor for, is the amount of drinking that I was doing to numb myself. I’d rather be dry.”

Daggers raining around, and dancers having a rave party of their lives. It’s no joke that this is one of Gaga’s biggest collaborations this year ever since her song ‘Telephone’ with Beyonce. The music video reached 34 million views in 24 hours, and it’s trending #1 worldwide.
